Here I will start now telling you about easy way of Export Import procedure. Now-a-days, business is not a easy. There are a lot of competition in the market. If you have good product for manufacturing or trading then you should go for an export for these products.

FIND OUT THE RIGHT PRODUCT

At the initial stage, we need to find out the best product and learn more and more about that product. Quality and delivery are first term to be considered as a boom for any exporter. You must to have a detail study on the product to be exported. You should also work out the best costing of the product.

FIND OUT THE RIGHT MARKET

Once the product is short listed. One must has to study the export market. What quantity of product is available in the market and what is cost. Buyer trading cost must taken into consideration and at what price it is sold in the retail / whole market. One can go through the google search, councils and through some good trading agents.

 

FIND OUT THE RIGHT BUYER

One must has to be look for suitable buyer through google search, Embassies, trading agents or councils and get the details of good customers. We can check customer’s creditability through ECGC or through Debt agencies available in India. They will charge a small amount and will check for you the complete details of the buyer and their bank. This will be good for one to tap the best customer. There are a lot trade fairs organized around the world. One should find out the best trade fair according to their product and could visit these trade fairs. It is a good platform to meet different buyers and discuss each and every details across the table. Always understand that if the product is expensive then no one would rely upon you to start business

 

After getting these information, one has to form an export company. In the next chapter, I will discuss how we can start a company and what are the procedure to set up this company and to start export business.
